When the window is closed and locked, the sash securely bolts to the frame at multiple points to create an air, water and sound resistant seal that also offers additional security against casual break-and-enters.
Tilt
Tilt and turn windows are operated with one handle. In the tilt position, tilt and turn windows allow warm, stale air to exit at the top and cool, fresh air to gently flow in from the sides.
Turn
In the turn position, the window fully turns inside the space. The turn position is ideal for fast ventilation, cleaning the exterior glass, or egress in the event of an emergency.

The multipoint locking hardware is integral to our industry leading performance. Each window sash is surrounded by a band of steel hardware that securely bolts to the frame at multiple points to create an air, water and sound resistant seal.
Effective Natural Ventilation
In the tilt position, tilt and turn windows allow warm, stale air to exit at the top and cool, fresh air to gently flow in from the sides. Tilt and turn windows also provide effective natural ventilation without the need for a second window or door to be opened.
Fully Adjustable Hardware
