Operational Excellence

We Exceed Expectations

Driven by operational excellence, we prioritize seamless operations across critical areas, including order processing, design validation, material management, information flow, and precision CNC processes. This allows our highly skilled team to manufacture every order as specified and deliver it on-time.

Manufacturing Expertise

Twenty Five Years of Experience

With twenty five years of manufacturing experience, we have the knowledge and processes to ensure our products perform as expected for many decades. Our robust quality control guarantees every window and door is fabricated with a high degree of precision and delivers consistent quality for long-term peace of mind.

Product Quality

Proven Performance

Quality in manufacturing and superior product performance is guaranteed with our regular and comprehensive testing program.

All our products are engineered and tested to comply with North American testing requirements, including NFRC and NAFS. These third-party laboratory tests are conducted on all our products to ensure they meet code-required performance standards.

We also regularly conduct in-house testing in our state-of-the-art testing chamber; up to 10% of our products are randomly tested in our air and water testing chamber. The testing chamber is calibrated to meet ASTM specifications and allows us to test very large windows, doors, combinations of windows and doors, and entire wall mock-ups.

Regular on-site testing at various projects throughout the Pacific Northwest completes our rigorous testing program. These site tests, including site water testing and blower door tests, are important to ensure that all manufactured products perform as engineered when installed – true confirmation of actual performance.

Sustainability Journey

Innotech Windows + Doors is committed to manufacturing windows and doors that positively contribute to the health of our buildings, their occupants and our Planet.

The climate crisis demands immediate action to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. In Canada, the buildings sector is the third-largest source of GHG emissions (source: Natural Resources Canada). As a manufacturer of building products, it is our responsibility to ensure our products contribute to the solution: climate-resilient buildings.

Climate-resilient buildings require high-performance, durable and safe windows and doors. At Innotech, our goal is not only to manufacture windows and doors that meet these critical requirements, but also to ensure they are responsibly manufactured and entirely recyclable.

Recycling Program

At our head office and manufacturing facility in Langley, BC, all manufacturing scraps of aluminum, steel, glass, and uPVC are recycled. In addition, we recycle all packaging, such as as plastic wrap, paper and cardboard, and wood pallets. While recycling is available in the Province of British Columbia, it remains an out-of-pocket expense for manufacturers.
