The Factory in Kelowna is a beautiful example of vision, design and community. It’s also our new flagship showroom for the Okanagan.
A few years ago, Bo Snarsky of Vibona Enterprises had a vision: to build a space that would highlight the Okanagan’s premier home building suppliers. After finding the perfect location in Kelowna’s cultural district, he undertook the exciting project of transforming a dilapidated 2-storey building into a breathtaking contemporary space.

One year later, 1302 St. Paul Street has become The Factory. The modern exterior of the building features a variety of materials that create visual texture. With corrugated metal, Hardi plank, liquid natural stone and titanium finished windows and doors, The Factory’s exterior is sophisticated yet welcoming.
Inside The Factory, luxurious hardwood floors, white walls, windows and doors, and sparse furnishings create a space that closely resembles a European art gallery. Every space within The Factory is its own must-see exhibition: the bathroom, the lighting, the kitchen, the hardwood floors, the window coverings, the artwork, the clay wall, the stretch ceiling and the windows and doors. The director of The Factory has achieved his goal: to display the very best in home construction and design.
