From the outset, the design was guided by a desire to work with the site rather than reshape it. The home is integrated into the steep forested terrain, allowing mature trees and the natural topography to remain a defining part of the property. Elevated within the canopy, the residence maintains a quiet, understated presence — close to its environment without imposing on it.

Panoramic Forest Views

Triple-pane high-performance windows and doors contribute to the home’s durability, comfort, and energy efficiency throughout the seasons. Expansive glazing maximizes natural light and captures panoramic forest views while maintaining excellent thermal performance and indoor comfort. Carefully integrated throughout the design, the window systems enhance ventilation and create bright, open living spaces connected to the outdoors

Energy-Efficient Living

The Treehouse reflects a thoughtful approach to modern coastal living, combining innovative design, sustainable construction, and high-performance building systems. Blending seamlessly into its natural surroundings, the home delivers a refined and energy-efficient living experience built for long-term durability and comfort.
