Lake View Residence
Project Overview
Lake View Residence was designed with two goals in mind: a sleek, modern aesthetic and strong energy performance for the Okanagan climate. That called for glazing with clean profiles and a well crafted look, without compromising efficiency.

Maximize Natural Light
In the kitchen, large Innotech windows bring daylight into the main living space. The high performance glazing used throughout the home keeps it comfortable in every season. Whether it’s morning coffee or a full house for dinner, the view is part of everyday life here.
Our team supported the project from spec and detailing straightforward, and technical coordination stayed simple, which kept the drawings moving. For architects and builders working in demanding climates, it’s an example of high performance glazing that works with the design process, not against it.

Spectacular Views of the Lake
Innotech’s windows and doors let the design team maximize glass area, natural light, and views of lake. In the primary suite, an Lift + Slide Door opens the home to the landscape, with a slim profile that keeps the focus on the view.
High-Performance Homes
Built by Red Stag Contracting, the home was approached with an airtight, highly energy efficient envelope in mind, and with fire resilience as a major priority given its immediate interface with wildfire risk. Andrew and his team are committed to building high performance homes, and we are happy to collaborate with them.
