Developed through a partnership between NDY Contracting and the Lady Minto Hospital Foundation, the 11,200 sq. ft. project transformed the former Seabreeze Inne into a quality multi-family residential building. By addressing a pressing housing need while supporting recruitment and retention efforts for the island’s healthcare community. The Lady Minto Hospital Foundation plays a vital role in preserving and strengthening healthcare for the Gulf Islands community.

As part of the retrofit and transformation of the former Seabreeze Inne, Innotech Windows + Doors supplied high-performance window systems that enhance the building’s energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term performance. Supporting the conversion of the property into 18 purpose-built rental homes for healthcare workers, the windows provide abundant natural light, thermal efficiency, and lasting durability.
