Oles Cove

Project Overview

Oles Cove is a peaceful oceanfront retreat in Halfmoon Bay, British Columbia, rooted in stillness and a deep connection to the ocean. Positioned to embrace the coastline, the home creates a strong indoor-outdoor connection through expansive windows. An attached greenhouse and high-performance building envelope reflect a commitment to long-term performance and environmental responsibility.

Shape Energy

Strong Airtightness

Designed with Shape Energy as energy advisor, the home achieves 1.25 ACH at 50 pascals — a strong airtightness result that supports year-round comfort in a coastal climate. Exterior insulation and locally sourced materials further contribute to a building envelope built for durability and efficiency over the long term.

Oceanfront living calls for windows and doors built to endure salt air, moisture, and wind exposure over the long term. Innotech’s high-performance windows and doors are integrated throughout, engineered to meet the air, water, and structural requirements of the site without compromising the expansive views the design was built around.
