As we near our 25-year anniversary, we’re sharing Episode 4 of our Performance Starts with People video series.
In this episode, we join Paul Warwick, a veteran of the high-performance construction industry, on-site at The Peak, where he reflects on how our 20-year relationship began and how his expectations helped push Innotech forward.
Paul has worked with Innotech on several notable high-performance projects across the Vancouver area, including The Brook, a highly energy-efficient multi-family development; King Edward Villa, a LEED® Platinum Certified prefabricated building; and The Peak, a PHI-certified affordable housing development.
Above and Beyond
From the beginning, Paul was driven by a simple idea: build above code without the high price tag. That philosophy is what first drew him to Innotech.
While many companies compete primarily on price, Paul explains why Innotech has always taken a different approach, with a commitment to product quality, service and doing the job right.

Raising the Bar
Paul has always pushed for a higher standard. Early in our relationship, he challenged the Innotech team with an unexpected request: can you also install the windows?
We accepted the challenge, and that request helped spark the creation of Innotech Services. It is a great example of how strong partnerships can push a company to grow in new ways.
A Natural Fit
What began with one project became a lasting partnership, shaped by shared values and a commitment to doing things better. At Innotech, we strive for excellence in both product and service. Paul brings that same mindset to his work, making the partnership a natural fit.
