This year at our annual BBQ, we had an extra reason to celebrate: Innotech’s 25th anniversary. It was a great opportunity to come together, reflect on the past 25 years, and recognize the milestones that have been made possible through our team’s motivation, dedication, and perseverance.

The afternoon started with a speech from Troy Imbery, President & Founder of Innotech Windows + Doors, who took the opportunity to recognize and thank the team for all their hard work and dedication over the years.

Twenty-five years later, Innotech continues to stand by the same bold vision: to create healthy living spaces by manufacturing high-performance fenestration products. Together, we are working to transform the fenestration industry.

There is a lot to look back on and be grateful for, and even more to look forward to as we look toward the future of Innotech. We keep coming back to the idea that this 25-year milestone belongs to the people who have shaped Innotech, especially our team members.

Celebrating Our Team

We also took some time to recognize team members anniversaries, including Benji, Partner Account Manager, and Minesh, Estimator, for 10 years with Innotech, and Linda Fedelee, Multi-Family Estimator, for 5 years. Congratulations, and thank you for your ongoing dedication to Innotech!

From there, it was time to enjoy a delicious BBQ catered by Ritz Catering, complete with ribs, chicken, and more. It turned out to be a delicious feast and one for the books.

The BBQ Fun

This year, we changed things up with an Innotech hat design competition. Everyone got creative and came up with some fun and unique new Innotech hat designs. Albert and Garret’s artwork took the win, with designs that were fresh, unique, and innovative. Be on the lookout for Innotech’s newest hat designs!

We also put everyone’s Innotech knowledge to the test with some trivia about the company’s history, complete with some great prizes for the winners.

After that, we gathered for a special 25th anniversary cake-cutting ceremony. With two cakes to enjoy, everyone was happy to enjoy a sweet treat after the BBQ.

The fun continued with an employee gift draw, giving every employee a chance to win awesome prizes. We were all waiting for the big 50/50 raffle draw, the winner was Tesfamichael from our Warehouse team.

Then came the “Guess How Many Timbits” game. With 44 Timbits in the container, Mike guessed exactly 44 and took home the prize! To finish off the afternoon, our favourite ice cream truck, Rolled West Coast, joined us for the perfect way to end our celebration.

Looking Ahead

Thank you to the Social Committee for all their help organizing this special event and helping us celebrate 25 years at Innotech.
We have a lot to be grateful for, a lot to look forward to, and we’re excited for what comes next.
