Twenty-five years ago, Innotech set out with a bold vision: to create healthy living spaces by manufacturing high-performance fenestration products.
While our products have always been at the heart of what we do, we have learned that they are only one part of the story. Every milestone we’ve achieved has been made possible by thousands of people who believed in our vision:

Engineers, consultants, dealers, and industry partners who trusted us. And above all, our employees, whose passion, expertise, and commitment have shaped Innotech from the beginning.

Together, we’ve helped move the industry forward, proving that windows and doors can do far more than simply fill an opening. To celebrate this milestone, we’re proud to introduce Performance Starts with People, a new video series that shares the stories behind our journey. Through conversations with the people who have been part of our evolution, we’ll reflect the relationships, shared values, and defining moments that have shaped our company and our industry.
Episode 1: Collaboration for Success
In the first episode of the interview series, we visited the project site with Jon Fearn, Product Manager of Speedwall at Flynn Canada, to learn more about the collaboration behind one of our recent projects: 981 Davie in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Jon shares his experience working alongside the Innotech team, from open communication and collaboration to navigating a complex installation. His story is a reminder that strong partnerships are built through trust, shared goals, and a commitment to doing things right.
