As we approach our 25-year anniversary, our Performance Starts with People series continues with Andrew Spear, Founder and Principal of Red Stag Contracting.
A journeyman carpenter by training, Andrew founded Red Stag in 2011 and brought the company to the British Columbia’s Okanagan in 2016. Today, Red Stag specializes in custom homes that combine thoughtful design, craftsmanship and sustainable building practices.
Building Better in the Okanagan
For more than a decade, Andrew has specified Innotech windows and doors for a number of award-winning, high-performance homes throughout the Okanagan. The projects may differ in architecture and scale, but the objective has remained consistent: create beautiful homes that perform as well as they look.
That balance is particularly important in the Okanagan, where expansive glazing is often used to capture remarkable lake and mountain views. Large windows can transform a space, but they also become an important part of how comfortable that space feels through hot summers and cold winters.
