As we celebrate 25 years, our Performance Starts with People series turns the camera inward to recognize the people whose experience, care and commitment have helped shape Innotech Windows + Doors.
In Episode 3: Behind the Name, we step inside our Langley, British Columbia manufacturing facility to meet members of the team who help turn our transform commitment to performance into the windows and doors we deliver daily.
In this episode, three team members, Binay Singh, Production Supervisor, who has been on the team for 18.5 years; Lea Durr, Production Section Lead, who has been with the company for 10 years; and Michael Bourgeau, Warehouse Supervisor, who joined the team in 2024, share a glimpse into the work behind our products and the experience that goes into manufacturing them.
A Supportive Work Environment
Together, they represent a range of experience that helps keep the production floor moving forward with innovative thinking. Long-standing team members bring valuable knowledge of the products and processes, while newer employees contribute fresh perspectives. For Michael, Binay and Lea, the work is about supporting the people around them. A strong team means sharing knowledge, helping one another, and finding ways to make processes better. Each person brings their own experience and expertise, contributing to a shared commitment to quality and community.
