Oceanview is a deep energy retrofit project in North Vancouver that takes a considered approach to affordable housing — improving what exists rather than starting from scratch. NDY Contracting led a comprehensive upgrade of the building’s envelope and mechanical systems, targeting meaningful gains in energy efficiency, resident comfort, and long-term operational resilience.
Energy Retrofit
Designed to extend the life of the existing rental building while supporting long-term housing affordability, the retrofit reduces operating costs and environmental impact while increasing comfort and safety for residents.
