RiverWest Apartments is a waterfront apartment community in downtown Vancouver, Washington. Completed in 2019, RiverWest Apartments is part of the city’s $1.5 billion, 20-block development of The Waterfront along the Columbia River, a new master planned community with urban riverfront access.

The 7-storey RiverWest Apartments sits on a full city block and includes underground parking, ground floor retail and 206 modern apartments. The mixed-use residential building was designed in accordance to The Waterfront’s sustainability targets while maximizing the exceptional views of the surrounding bridges, river, hills, and Waterfront Park.
One of the many breathtaking amenities at the RiverWest Apartments is the expansive courtyard on part of the third storey. With a putting green, fire tables surrounded by ample seating, and lush landscaping, the courtyard offers residents a private outdoor oasis with dramatic views.
RiverWest Apartments is a LEED™ Platinum rated multi-family development, a first in Vancouver in the Multifamily Midrise classification. Careful consideration was given to the building envelope, lighting requirements, and other areas of energy use to minimize overall energy use.
Innotech manufactured the high-performance windows and doors for the sustainable multi-family development. A total of 612 fixed and operable windows and 82 exterior doors were manufactured and delivered over several months. The modern apartments have large openings for maximum natural lighting without compromising on energy efficiency. Every residence also has several tilt and turn windows for effective natural ventilation. Some residences, depending on their location, also feature advanced glazing solutions for sound control.
