The Mirabella

Project Overview

Like most LEED® projects, the Mirabella in Seattle required a highly energy efficient fenestration system to meet the project’s ambitious energy performance goals. In addition, the architect and builder also required a supplier that could provide fenestration products that could reliably meet water testing challenges without holding up the accelerated and demanding project schedule. Innotech was able to successfully meet both objectives.

A Significant Achievement

The Mirabella was a significant achievement for Innotech – proving our company’s ability to meet the demands of large scale projects. It has earned Innotech a reputation as a trusted and reliable supplier of high quality fenestration products for demanding projects.

Innotech worked closely with the builder and the design team to proactively address building envelope interface issues to prevent costly delays. We also worked closely with the contractor to meet the many challenges related to coordinating time critical deliveries with crane availability on a site with limited loading access: Innotech supplied over 1,300 windows and doors within a ten month timeline; typical shipments consisted of 40 to 60 windows and doors delivered with a 50 foot flat deck trailer approximately twice a week
