The unique 1,420 square foot home features an open living concept with 1 bedroom and 1.5 baths. The home’s south facing orientation on the property combined with the extra large window and door openings make use of the sun’s warmth in winter to help reduce heating bills. The charcoal black exterior and white interior windows and doors are triple glazed to provide superior thermal insulation and energy savings.
