Episode 10: Built for What’s Next

Over the past few weeks, our Performance Starts with People interview series has celebrated 25 years of Innotech Windows + Doors through the people, relationships and values that have shaped our company.

For our final episode, we sit down with Troy Imbery, founding partner and President of Innotech Windows + Doors, to reflect on where we started, what we’ve learned and what will carry us forward.

A Company Built Around People

Since Innotech was established in 2001, Troy has helped build the company around a clear set of values: care for our clients, value the people we work with, and focus on creating healthier, more comfortable places for people to live, work and play. Those principles remain central to Innotech today.

For Troy, building a successful company has never been about products alone. It has meant assembling people who care about their work, creating an environment where knowledge is shared, and building relationships with clients and industry partners who share the belief that better buildings are possible.

“Performance starts with people. It’s the dedication, the commitment, and the passion to come to work every day knowing that you’re making a difference.”

– Troy Imbery, Founding Partner & President of Innotech Windows + Doors

Ten Stories. One Message.

Across ten episodes, we heard different stories, but one consistent message: the strongest companies are built by and with people who expect more.

Relationships matter. Partnerships built on trust, communication and shared goals have grown from single projects into relationships spanning decades.

Progress comes from listening and learning. Challenges have pushed us to expand what we offer, rethink how we work and continually improve how we support our clients.

Performance is ultimately about people. Great products matter, but the people who specify, manufacture, install and service them, as well as the people who live with them every day, matter more.

Built for What’s Next

Twenty-five years is a significant milestone that is an opportunity to reflect both on our first twenty-five years, and on our next twenty-five years.

The buildings we help create will continue to evolve. Performance expectations will rise. New technologies, ideas and increasingly ambitious projects will challenge us to keep learning, adapting and improving. What remains constant is the importance of the people behind that progress.

Looking ahead, we remain focused on what matters most: empowering our people, deepening our partnerships, and helping create healthier, higher-performing buildings.
That commitment has shaped Innotech from the beginning and will continue to guide where we go next. As the interview series comes to a close, its central message will carry us forward: better buildings are possible when knowledgeable, committed people work together with a shared purpose.
