Parkview at Terwilliger Plaza
Project Overview
Parkview at Terwilliger Plaza is a 10-storey expansion to an existing three-building senior living campus. The new 127-unit independent living building achieves Passive House certification standards. Projected to use 50% less energy than conventional code-compliant buildings, the high-rise sets a new benchmark for sustainability and comfort in senior living. The building also incorporates a green living roof and walls, rooftop solar panels, exterior sunshades, and expansive outdoor gardens — offering residents a healthier, quieter, and more connected living environment.

Innotech’s Defender 76TS windows and doors with triple glazing support the project’s energy efficiency, thermal comfort, acoustical performance, and long-term durability goals. Carefully specified across all 127 homes, the fenestration package plays a direct role in achieving Parkview’s Passive House performance targets and the elevated standard of living the building is designed to deliver.
The design also includes 100% continuous preconditioned fresh air circulation and will result in interior spaces that are substantially more healthy, quiet and thermally comfortable than conventional buildings.”
