Project Overview
Estuary Vista is a contemporary cliffside home designed to embrace expansive estuary views while responding to the challenges of its dramatic natural setting. The residence is carefully positioned along the cliffside to take full advantage of its elevated setting, creating open living spaces that overlook the estuary and surrounding coastal landscape.
Thoughtful Design
A suspended concrete pedestrian bridge provides access to the main entry while allowing the garage and lower levels to be integrated into the slope below. This thoughtful design approach preserves the upper floor for the primary living areas, where expansive glazing captures panoramic views and fills the home with natural light. High-performance windows and doors further support comfort, durability, and energy efficiency throughout the residence.
