This Scandinavian-inspired farmhouse pairs stone, tile, and natural wood with clean, modern details, including trimless doors and windows throughout. Fourteen-foot wood ceilings milled from timber harvested on site give the home its scale and warmth.
High-Performance Standard
Innotech’s Tilt + Turn Windows were selected to match the home’s high-performance standard, giving the home flexible ventilation without compromising on thermal efficiency. Performance runs just as deep as the design. The exterior is wrapped in Rockwool insulation beneath thermally modified wood siding, paired with carefully detailed air, vapor, and water barriers.
