Project Overview
Jute is a seven-story mixed-use development featuring 132 apartments, ground-floor retail, and shared residential amenities. Contemporary architecture and thoughtfully planned living spaces create a welcoming urban environment, with windows playing an important role in the building’s exterior design.
High-Performance Design
A total of 474 Innotech Defender 76TS windows were supplied for the project, bringing natural light into the residential interiors while complementing the building’s clean, modern aesthetic. The tilt-and-turn window system combines versatile operation with high-performance design, supporting indoor comfort and energy efficiency in a multi-family setting.
With its mix of residential units, retail space, and shared amenities, 550 SE MLK reflects a contemporary approach to urban housing. The Defender 76TS windows contribute to the building’s overall design and performance, demonstrating how high-performance fenestration can support comfortable living spaces in a dense urban environment.
