Red Rock Creek Commons
Project Overview
Red Rock Creek Commons is a thoughtfully designed affordable housing community focused on wellness, comfort, and long-term sustainability. Developed by Community Partners for Affordable Housing, the 48-unit supportive housing project was created to provide residents with a safe and welcoming place to live, incorporating trauma-informed design principles throughout. Shared outdoor spaces — including a large deck overlooking the creek — encourage connection to nature and support resident wellbeing.

Long-Term Building Performance
A range of energy-efficient strategies contribute to both sustainability and resident comfort throughout the building. Rooftop solar panels, continuous insulation, and on-demand water heating systems reduce energy consumption while supporting long-term performance. Together, these features contributed to the project achieving Platinum Earth Advantage® Multifamily certification and recognition as a 2021 Green Builder of the Year.
The theme of natural beauty, strength, and endurance is consistent with the spirit of supportive community to which Red Rock Creek Commons aspires.”

Natural Light & Efficiency
Innotech’s high-performance windows improve energy efficiency and comfort throughout the building. Expansive glazing brings abundant natural light into the living spaces, while exterior sunshades soften direct sunlight and support thermal performance year-round.
Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living
Innotech’s high-performance doors contribute to the building’s durability, accessibility, and connection to the outdoor spaces. Designed to complement the overall architecture, the door systems enhance functionality while supporting the project’s sustainability goals and welcoming residential environment.
